Does the library have ebooks?
To see the library's ebook collections, hover your mouse on the 'Collections & Resources' tab on the library's homepage and select 'Ebooks' from the dropdown menu, or select this link: http://library.mc.edu/collections-resources/ebooks/. The library has 3 collections of ebooks including:
-- EBSCO e-books is a collection of over 174,000+ full-text electronic books relating to a variety of subject areas. Ebooks can be viewed online and the text of ebooks is fully searchable. This collection also includes a large number of books that are in the public domain with unrestricted access. You can also download ebooks and portions of ebooks to your laptop, Android and Apple devices, and Kindles. -- Another collection, the Cambridge Books Online, covers a wide range of subjects, including: art, education, psychology, music, and modern language. These titles are already included in the library catalog, MICAL.
-- The third collection, Project Gutenberg, provides access to 46,000+ titles, most of which are legally available to the public domain. Many titles are available as PDF or EPUB files to be read on an e-reader. Approximately 400 select titles are available directly through our catalog, MICAL.
