Why didn't my file upload?

Uploading a file is generally very simple. If it didn't work, check the name of the file. It shouldn't have any punctuation in it: no commas, apostrophes etc. Remove all punctuation by renaming the file and then try the upload again.

Note: The easiest way to upload files to your course home page is:

1. Use Google Chrome as your browser.

2. Turn editing on.

3. Scroll to the location/week where you want the file to be.

4. Drag and drop the file on your course page.

Moodle will name the file for you. You can edit the name by clicking on the wrench to update it.
