What information is needed and who do I contact if I need to add another instructor to my course?
Administering a “role” to a user is a manual procedure and is used for (1) temporary access to observe a course; (2) co-teach a course; and/or (3) access a course to copy over content in development.
Here is what you need to do:
Send a request via email (copying your Chair for approval) to Jessica Manzo email@example.com. Include the following information: (1) Course name, (2) instructor’s name, (3) instructor’s email address, (4) level of access instructor will need.
