Why is a student showing up in Moodle with 2 different email addresses but they have the same 700#?
We have had some issues with students having 2 email addresses associated with the same 700# in MCMoodle. You, as faculty, normally see this as the same person signed up for your class twice, with one name having activity and the other name with a "never" access status. If this does occur with one or more of your classes, please email Karen Hearn in Computer Services Department at email@example.com with the following information on the student(s):
700# (provided in Banner Web, not MCMoodle)
Both email addresses--These can be found by clicking on the name of the student in the Participants link in the “Navigation” Block.
Karen will determine the valid email address in our system and submit the correction request to eThink.
