There are a few reasons this may occur:

  1. Are students still adding and dropping the class? If so, the nightly sync process will match the Moodle class list to the Banner class list. Please wait for that process to run before attempting to match class lists.

  2. Does the missing student have an account in Moodle? You will need to contact your MCMoodle administrator to confirm. If the student registered today, please wait 24 hours for the sync to run.If it does not, it must be created in order for the student to appear in Moodle.
