Your MCMoodle administrator will publish the new semester courses once the Registrar’s office has published the course schedule.
Once a new semester and its new courses are loaded, instructors will have access to them but not students. Once the term is open, then student add/drops, withdraws and instructor changes will happen automatically in Moodle based on changes in the Banner. Instructors add their content and then make the course visible (under Settings) for students to see it.
