You more than likely are using an older version of Internet Explorer. (The recommended browser to use for MCMoodle is Google Chrome.) If you are using Internet Explorer version 9 or lower, than the drag/drop feature will not work. Note the message you see on the top-right side of the screen when using Internet Explorer v9 or lower. You will not be able to drag & drop files if you are using a Mac below version 10.8 with Safari below version 6.
