To gain access to MCMoodle, the user must have an MC email account. If the user is an instructor, they must be currently employed at MC. Access is administered to a user by granting them a “role”. To understand the criteria for gaining special access privileges, contact your MCMoodle administrator for details.

Levels of MCMoodle access are as follows:

Teachers can do anything within a course, including changing the activities and grading students.

Non-editing teacher

Non-editing teachers can teach in courses and grade students, but may not alter activities.

Duplicate of Teacher Role with no access to grade

Individuals with this role can view courses but cannot add or modify any course content.

Students access only their course information and generally have fewer privileges within a course.

Incomplete Student

Duplicate of Student but with rights to see hidden courses.
